BaltimoreCityCommunityCollege The Baltimore City Community College has it's foundation in the Baltimore City High School System. They were started in 1947 as Baltimore Junior College in order to assist in furthering the education of returning WWII veterans. Classes were held on the third floor of the Baltimore City College Since it's early beginnings, the Baltimore City Community College has served the city well. It now has 3 campuses, the main campus, a second harbor campus that is located near the Inner Harbor in Baltimore and a third campus at Reisterstown Road Plaza. The Baltimore City Community College has gradated about 30,000 students since it's beginnings but most of it's students that enroll in order to attend a university move on before they receive a degree from Baltimore City Community College. So if you live in the Baltimore area and would like to further your education, or to get a start locally before moving into a university then give the Baltimore City Community College a look.
