BlackHawkCollege With two campuses, the quad-city campus in Moline, Illinois and the East Campus in nearby Kewanee, Illinois, the Black Hawk College gives 2 year degree programs for those that want to continue their education at a university. The Black Hawk College also gives preparatory classes for those that want to join the work force as well as GED training and literacy programs. With over 11,000 annual college credit hours per year, the Black Hawk College prepares many students for life on the job or to continue their career in the University of their choice. Adult education classes typically start every 3 weeks and are held throughout the community in suitable locations. The Black Hawk College gives these adult education classes to individuals over the age of 16 who are not enrolled in any secondary schools. As of the time of this writing, Black Hawk College is in the process of adding a new building to its campus. The community learning center is slated to open with classes beginning in the fall.
