With the main campus located in El Dorado, Kansas, the Butler County Community College offers 2 year degree programs as well as continued adult education and career preparatory classes to its students in its 21 different learning facilities

Butler County Community College opened it's doors in 1927 and has enjoyed a long and favorable stay in the county. They currently are home to some 8,400 annual students Enrolled at BCCC. The official mascot is the Grizzly Bear and the school colors are Purple and Gold.

If you live outside the immediate area and would like to attend Butler County Community College, or if you would just like to live closer to the campus they do have dorms available that would accommodate about 345 individuals.

There is also a Butler County Community College that is located in Pennsylvania that runs on an open enrollment policy where anyone with a high school degree or GED may attend. They are home to some 4,000 students and offer over 75 distance learning courses.
