Located in Escambia County and Santa Rosa County, Florida, the Pensacola Junior College is actually an umbrella of Florida Community Colleges. They offer affordable classes for college credits as well as a great learning environment.

Located near the city of Pensacola and established in 1948, the Pensacola Junior College is the first college to be built in the area. They expanded to include a downtown campus in 1957 and another satellite campus in 1971.

They offer a great 2 year transitional program that coordinates with the University of West Florida and many people who take classes at the Pensacola Junior College continue their education at a university. They also offer classes for those who are not interested in acquiring a college degree but just want to further their education with some night classes.
